Yes, we are based in Johor Bahru Malaysia and we travel about 4days a week to meet up with customers for quotations and fixings! Just make an appointment with us!

What currencies do you charge in?
Its simple. For Singapore, its SGD. For Malaysia its RM. Basically just coverting it here and there. But its more convenient to accept currency denominations in the country that we are working in.



Malaysia is a big place. Why are you expanding into Singapore?
Because money not enough.



Do you need me to give you a deposit before you commence works?
No, we trust that our customers will not back out and leave us on the losing end. It’s on a trust basis and integrity which we have practiced over the years.



Where is your factory/ workshop? Do you have a showroom?

Currently we are in the midst of searching for a suitable location to set up our showroom. Please be patient with us! Our little factory is currently in a residential area.



What is your schedule like?
As we have limited number of days given by the ICA to enter Singapore, we prefer if our appointments fall on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.



I have weirdly shaped windows. Are your curtains customized?

Yes, we customize all our curtains to fit your windows needs. We can do curved windows, L shaped windows, even small ones.



Do you carry ready made curtains?
Unfortunately, no. Most people’s windows are not of the standard measurements, hence there is no point to carry ready made ones, only to alter them again!



How is the mode of payment like?
Cash is King. However, we love cheques too!



I have the fabrics. Can you sew them for me and charge us the workmanship?

Unfortunately, we are not the carriers of the fabric and hence we are unable to guarantee the outcome of the product after we start work on them. We prefer to stick to things we know!



Can I just purchase the wooden/metal rods and aluminum tracks from you?
Yes, of course.



Are your prices inclusive of the railings?
Yes they are all included.



How long do you need to process the goods?
On a normal non-festive season, it usually takes 2-3 weeks. On festive and busy seasons it may take up to a month so book us early please! We have many cases of last minute disappointments!



Do you charge for installation and fixings?
No! they are absolutely free.



What about quotations? Do we need to pay you for that?
Not at all, our services are absolutely free. Seriously!



C’mon! We must at least pay you for the petrol and transportation fees.
Please no! It is our service pack to not charge for anything except the end-products. We won’t say not to a red packet, haha. But everything else is free besides what you’ve purchased from us. If you decide to go with another service provider, its absolutely fine! No obligations.



Who will be meeting with us? Is it safe to let him into our home?

Our Anthony will meet with you mostly. He is a gentle giant who loves pets and small kids [the non-perverted way] and absolutely honest. And cute. If he’s busy, his bigger boss [dad] will come to meet with you. If you are still worried, you can take a look at our work portfolio and see how many homes we have been into!



Who is Anna?
Anthony’s super multi-tasking capable side-kick who is the boss of him. He worships her like a Queen. Haha.



I’ve been scammed before by dishonest crook merchants outside. Will there be any add-on or “hidden” charges that we are unaware of?
Absolutely not! Our price quoted is nett. If there are discrepancies to the prices, we will call you beforehand to inform you and also explain clearly about what you are paying for [although that rarely happens]. There is no point scamming people that way. Penny wise pound foolish!



How long have you been in this business?
We have been running this business for almost 20 years now. And before that we were into textile and fabrics. Now we are just specializing in soft furnishings.



Anthony looks very young. Can we trust him?

Definitely. He’s been in this business for almost 10 years now! As much as he is imperfect [as everyone is], Anthony is adequately experienced in his job.



Aren’t you tired and exhausted driving in and out of JB and Singapore all the time?
Yes. L but what to do? Money not enough.



Is it ok if we choose to go with the other suppliers instead of you?
Well…………………………… L yes of course. But pick us! We are great!



What are the types of services and products you cater for?
We do all sorts of blinds and general designs. If you have something specific that you’re looking for, we will try out best to assist you with.

Who are your market audiences?

Basically we have worked with people living in HDB, condominiums, apartments and landed property. We have also done hostels!



Why are your prices higher than some of the shops out there?
That’s because we don’t carry cheap useless fabric that shrinks up in the wash or are highly flammable due to their product chemical makeup.



So where are your fabrics from?

Currently we are carrying lines from Taiwan, Europe, Korea and Turkey. This will be updated and changed repeatedly. As we were dealing in fabrics before this, we are aware of the standards of fabrics from the respective countries.



We don’t want to bother you to come all the way before we make a decision. We want an online quotation. What do we need to provide you with?
Please give us the exact measurements of the height and width of your window from the top of the window to the floor, or to the end of the window.



Do you accept installments?
Yes, but only for 1 month. It will be a half and half. Half when we install and half a month later.



What if we are unsatisfied with your workmanship?
The rule of thumb for reasonableness will be taken into consideration here. If we think that there isn’t any big defect with our work, we will not accept it. However if there is a fault with our work, we will gladly take it back and fix the problem for free!



Why are you not replying our messages any quicker?
Our work schedule is overwhelming and we can only check it when we are free. That and, we are virtually off on the weekends. Means no checking of emails or facebook!
